Each strap features a metal carabiner hook at the top for easy attachment to any pull-up bar, a long flat nylon strap connecting down to a wide long rectangular padded neoprene forearm sleeve at the bottom. The forearm sleeve is large enough for the entire forearm to slide through up to the elbow — distributing the load evenly across the forearm for maximum comfort during extended sets. Sold as a pair.
